I have 34 years of criminal experience working in state courts. I have a great professional working relationship with prosecutors and judges in courts I practice in because I am viewed with integrity. Prosecutors know I will try a good case so I am very successful with plea bargain negotiations.
My practice areas include all state courts, misdemeanor and felony, Part A & B , Juvenile Courts, drug offenses, including all possession and sale drug and narcotics cases, larceny/bad checks, burglary robbery, domestic violence, assault, sexual assault, embezzlement , DUI, assault with a motor vehicle while intoxicated, negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, guns and weapons charges, child pornography, stalking, etc.
I have handled numerous cases for clients that have been charged with serious felonies and misdemeanors where I have been able to seal the court file and achieve dismissals for them by utilizing accelerated rehabilitation, youthful offender, family violence program, drug education program, community service labor program and the alcohol education program.
I have also handled numerous homicide cases involving misconduct with a motor vehicle and assault with a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
As an experienced Hartford Criminal Defense Lawyer, I also handle a significant volume of DUI matters each year. I have been extremely successful in getting reduced offender status on multiple DUI arrests and convictions which avoids significant mandatory jail time otherwise imposed by the courts.
Lastly, I handle all criminal matters personally, including every court appearance.
