I am an authorized title insurance agent through CATIC which is the Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company, and Chicago Title. This allows me to fulfill any bank requirements on either commercial or residential purchases regarding mortgage insurance required by the lender.
I personally do my own title searches to ensure a speedy transition for the bank work with the end result being a timely closing without any undue delay.
I am on most of the local banks attorney approved lists so do not forget to ask for me when you are dealing with your mortgage broker or bank. When the bank allows me to do the bank documents it benefits you in that you do not have to pay a separate bank lawyer and you just pay one legal fee.
I pride myself on taking people through the real estate transaction in detail. This includes reviewing any purchase and sale contracts you may have, answering any questions regarding real estate agent fees, inspection processes, negotiation through the bid and offer process, and in running an efficient and timely closing that is convenient for all parties involved.
This office has the capability to do sales wherein the seller does not have to be present at the closing and can actually be out of the state. I have the capability to direct wire out of my office and wire your proceeds directly to your bank account.
I also work with many mortgage brokers in the area and have very skilled and trained real estate paralegals to help with all real estate transactions including refinancing needs at any time down the road.
